The knives are lightweight, dishwasher-safe, and are ideally individually designed for any type of cheese.  

Ideal for any type of cheese 
Each knife has a small detail to make it truly ideal for its respective type of cheese. The holes in the soft cheese knife prevent the cheese from sticking to the blade. The forked tip on the next can be used to pick up semi-hard and hard cheeses, allowing you to serve the pieces to guests without having to touch them with your hands. Lastly, very hard cheeses can be easily cut using the knife with the especially sharp tip, and shape that strengthens it against bending.  

Beechwood board 
The serving board included in this set is made of solid beechwood. After using, wash the board by hand and allow it to dry upright. Try spraying the serving board once a month with BOSKA Board Oil to protect it against stains, odors and splitting.
