To comply with HACCP legislation, it is necessary to cut each type of cheese with a separate knife. For this reason, we have developed professional cheese tools, with a color concept to match. Our knives feature different colors: red for red bacteria cheese, white for white mould cheese and blue for blue vein cheese. BOSKA also offers matching cutting boards, which have the same color distribution for each type of cheese. In this way, cross-contamination is effectively prevented.
