How to clean the stone 
Never put the pizza stone in a dishwasher, and do not rinse it with water. The stone absorbs water, and doing this will increase the chances of the stone breaking during its next use. Use a plastic or wooden spatula to carefully remove baked-in pizza remnants. Then wipe the stone with a dry kitchen cloth. Over time, the stone will become stained with use. But that's not a bad thing, and it won't change the taste of the pizzas!
