Cut the perfect wedges with minimal waste with the thoughtfully designed Divide-O-Matic. This machine was designed to cut semi-hard cheeses without slipping into “wedges” that have a minimal taper at the end. The Heart Knife (sold separately) was created to cut out the “heart” of the cheese, which can be used to cut perfect square slices. This same amount of cheese that would have been unusable smaller bits no longer goes to waste! 

Easy to use 
You can easily determine the sizes of the pieces of cheese with the pins on the device. Raise the lever, place the cheese underneath, and you can glide through the cheese with one fluid pull of the lever. 

Knives sold separately 
The knives are sold separately. Two knives are available: the Straight Knife for the Divide-O-Matic (670025) and the Heart Knife for the Divide-O-Matic (660510).
