Easy to clean 
Because the stone absorbs moisture, you should never use water to clean it. Otherwise, it will become more likely to break during future uses. This means no dishwashers!  Use a wooden or plastic spatula to carefully remove any baked-on remnants, then wipe it with a dry kitchen cloth. Don’t be alarmed if spots and stains form on the stone over time. This is natural and won’t harm your pizza or its flavor!
