How to use 
Create a notch in the cheese with the Scoring Knife (554709). Put the cheese in the middle of the cutting board and place the cutting wire in the notch you created. Pull the cutting wire straight towards you. You’ll glide through the cheese like a knife through soft butter with the cutting wire. When not slicing large wheels, you can use this as a basic cutting board for other knife-cut foods!
