Food Grade Mineral Oil 
Our oil is odorless and tasteless, so you don’t have to worry about any unwanted flavors making their way onto your food. The oil is water repellant, protecting your boards in the same way a cheese rind protects cheese.  

Board Maintenance 
For best results, fully saturate a newly bought board and allow it to soak for three consecutive days before using it. Let it dry standing up. After that, a monthly spray and rub down with a rag or tea towel will keep it shining like new.
