Ingredients (for 1 toasted sandwich):
- 2 slices of rustic multi-grain bread
- ¼ ball of buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- A handful of sun-dried tomatoes
- ½ avocado, sliced thin
- Olive oil
Preparation:
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the bread slices.
- Top one slice of bread with the mozzarella, basil, sun-dried tomatoes and avocado. Then cover it with the second slice of bread.
- Put the sandwich in a Toastabag® and then briefly place it in the toaster or panini maker and you're done!
