Ingredients:
- For four grilled cheeses
- 8 ounces of buffalo mozzarella
- 8 slices of white bread
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 small ripe tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of pesto
- Fresh basil leaves, chopped
Preparation:
- Spread the pesto on one side of each slice of bread. Drizzle the other side with olive oil and garlic. Slice the tomatoes and the buffalo mozzarella. Chop the basil leaves into small strips.
- Place the mozzarella, tomatoes and basil on the pesto-covered side of the bread. Top the bread with another slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Place the sandwich in the Toastabag® and put the Toastabag® in the toaster, and you're done!
