Ingredients (for 1 toasted sandwich):
- 2 slices of brioche bread
- 2 large strawberries or 3-4 small strawberries (cut into slices)
- Slices of brie cheese
- 4 - 5 basil leaves
- Butter
Preparation:
- Spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of the 2 slices of brioche bread.
- Top one slice of bread with brie, adding the basil leaves on top and finishing with the strawberry slices. Then cover it with the 2nd slice of brioche bread.
- Put the sandwich in a Toastabag® and then briefly place it in the toaster or panini maker and you're done!
