Ingredients:
- 2 slices of multigrain bread
- 1 ounce of blueberries (if you're using frozen blueberries, thaw them first)
- 2 ounces of soft, plain goat's cheese (room temperature)
- A handful of basil leaves, chopped into thin slices
Preparation:
- Smear the goat cheese on both slices of bread and place the blueberries on top of one slice.
- Sprinkle the chopped basil over the blueberries and place the remaining bread slice on top with the cheese side facing down.
- Place the sandwich in the Toastabag®, then in the toaster or sandwich grill for a few minutes and you're done!
