Blueberry and goat's cheese grilled cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • 1 ounce of blueberries (if you're using frozen blueberries, thaw them first)
  • 2 ounces of soft, plain goat's cheese (room temperature)
  • A handful of basil leaves, chopped into thin slices

Preparation:

  1. Smear the goat cheese on both slices of bread and place the blueberries on top of one slice.
  2. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the blueberries and place the remaining bread slice on top with the cheese side facing down.
  3. Place the sandwich in the Toastabag®, then in the toaster or sandwich grill for a few minutes and you're done!
